Tenant improvement project for an existing Mexican restaurant, reimagined into a contemporary Armenian restaurant and banquet hall. The renovation included a conceptual exterior redesign focused on creating a more refined architectural identity through updated facade elements, modern material applications, and an enhanced guest arrival experience while adapting the space for large-scale dining and events.
